The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry offers many resources to our members to keep track of legislation.
This quarterly update with our State Legislators keeps Members informed about what is happening in Jefferson City. Also in attendance are representatives from the offices of Senator Roy Blunt, Senator Claire McCaskill and Congressman Billy Long.
The Public Policy Committee looks at issues that are relevant to Chamber Members. Issues like the renewal of the Parks & Stormwater Sales Tax, school bond issues and public safety sales tax are some examples of ballot items that Public Policy has recommended that the Chamber Board of Directors and the Members support.
The Chamber does not support or endorse candidates for any office. We encourage all Members to be informed voters and look at all the issues and candidates in every special, primary and regular election.
