· Have a "soundboard" for your new ideas
· Easily obtain a second opinion on critical decisions
· Create goals for your personal and professional lives
· Expand your social network to include community leaders
· Gain long-term, trusted relationships with someone who cares-including your fellow Mentees.

What to expect from the Mentoring Program:
· You will be placed in a group of 4 to 6 other Mentees, and assigned to a Mentor
· Each group's meeting dates, times, and frequency will be determined democratically by the Mentor and Mentees at your first mentoring session.
· This program is an on-going, so sign up to be a Mentee now to be placed in the next Mentorship Group!

We currently have seven Mentor groups that have begun, headed by Dan Chiodo-Impact Training & Development, Nancy Good-The Title Place, Dan Stanley-Edward Jones, Peggy Fuller-SMB, John Hipple, Jr. - Sign Designs and David Starrett-The Medicine Shoppe.
